1. HOW LONG WILL THE COLOR LAST?
Just 5® is permanent, and lasts up to 6 weeks, depending on how fast your gray grows in.
It will not wash out, no matter how often you shampoo.
2. WHAT MAKES JUST 5® SO GENTLE?
The unique Just 5® formula has no ammonia . . . and it stays on your hair for only 5 gentle minutes. Just 5® doesn't expose your hair to chemicals for 30 minutes. Just 5® also protects your hair with special built-in conditioners and super-rich after-conditioners.
3. WILL JUST 5® LIGHTEN MY HAIR?
Just 5® is specially formulated to bring back your own natural-looking color. But you can add highlights, or brighten up dull,
mousy hair by choosing a shade lighter than your own natural color.
4. IF I'VE USED A DIFFERENT HAIRCOLOR BEFORE, CAN I SWITCH TO JUST 5®?
Yes, after any brand. However, if you're currently using a gradual type of haircolor, wait a week before switching. And if you switch shades, do a "Color Preview" Strand Test to check results and timing.
5. WHAT IF I HAVE A LOT OF GRAY?
No matter how much gray you have, Just 5® brings back the beauty of your own natural haircolor. It works on any
amount of gray.
6. CAN I USE MY USUAL HAIR PRODUCTS?
Continue your regular haircare routine. You can blow-dry, use conditioner, gel, mousse, etc. But use a
mild shampoo. Harsh shampoos can strip or fade hair.
7. WHAT ABOUT SUN OR SWIMMING?
Strong sunlight or chlorine used in pools can affect any haircoloring, so it's best to avoid them as much as possible.
8. WHAT IF I'VE PERMED, RELAXED OR STRAIGHTENED MY HAIR?
You can color on the same day you perm / relax or wait 48 hours to maintain maximum curl. Simply follow perm / relax guidelines
in directions. However, do not color on same day if perm/relaxer has caused burning or scalp irritation, open cuts,
abrasions or hair breakage. Wait one week.
